About Scoreline Partners

Built on the owner’s side of the table.

Built by people who spent 20+ years on the owner's side of oil sands maintenance: planning, scheduling and running high-voltage crews. Now we build for the contractors on the other side of it. Based in Fort McMurray, Alberta, working with contractors across Canada.

Where this was learned: twenty years of planning, scheduling and running high-voltage crews.

Why it exists

We saw where the paperwork gets stuck.

The owner’s side writes the work orders, raises the POs, issues the permits, approves the LEMs and service entry sheets, and reads the schedules. From there you see exactly why a good contractor’s invoice sits for months, and what makes one contractor easier to say yes to than another.

None of it is written down for the contractor. There’s no manual for each owner’s process, no framework that joins the FLRA to the LEM to the invoice, and no guardrails to stop the small mistakes that cost weeks. Scoreline is that manual, that framework and those guardrails, built into software your crews will actually use.

What that means for you

It speaks the owner’s language, because we learned it there.

  1. PlanningWork orders, backlog, ready to schedule, the weekly freeze. Work Management is built the way big owners plan maintenance.
  2. SchedulingResource-loaded schedules and the KPIs they produce, with your client’s definitions agreed at setup.
  3. Running high-voltage crewsPermits, test dates, tailboards and the LEM. The crew app, the yard and client permits come from there.
  4. The owner’s sign-offPOs, LEM approvals and service entry sheets. That’s where “Where’s my money” comes from.

The people

Who’s behind Scoreline? A real person answers the phone.

Call 780-792-1928 and you talk to the people who’ll set you up. You meet us properly on the first call, with the story of how this came to be. Before then, try it on the home page, check the prices and read how your data is kept.

The crew app and Field to Paid are in daily use by a field contractor in Fort McMurray. Supplier documents are provided on request: insurance, WCB clearance and GST registration. Ask for them.

Questions

Before you call.

What does it cost?

Starting prices are on the pricing page. For 1 to 25 people who sign in, the Safety & LEM crew app is from $6,000 setup and $750 a month, plus GST. Priced by company size, not per seat. Fixes and updates included in every monthly.

What if it doesn’t work for us?

Your crews run it on real work for 30 days before the first monthly fee, alongside what they use today. If it isn’t earning its keep, stop there and you never pay a month. The setup is the build itself, so it isn’t refunded once the product is live.

What if you’re gone?

You get a full export of your records (CSV files and the signed PDFs) and a handover, so your apps and your data can keep running without us. Your company owns its data, and the agreement says so.
