Setup +50%, monthly +40%. Shown in the table.
Quoted after the 30-minute look, usually with a pilot on one crew or one client first.
Who counts: people who sign in. Crews who sign on through their foreman’s phone, and your clients’ reps who sign LEMs, don’t count toward the band.

Our offer
Prove it in 30 days.
Your crews run it on real work for 30 days before the first monthly fee: your crews, your forms, your clients, alongside what they use today. If it isn’t earning its keep, stop there and you never pay a month.
- Setup: half at the start, half at go-live
Each product’s setup is a fixed price in writing. Half is paid when the build starts and half when it goes live.
- Monthly: from day 30 after go-live
The first monthly fee is 30 days after go-live. Stop before then and you never pay one.
- Setup isn’t refunded once it’s live
The setup pays for the build: your forms, your rates and your clients’ rules, built and running. That work is done once it’s live.
The real cost is the hours
Get your evenings back.
Minutes matter. You get one life, and half of it is spent at work. The paperwork shouldn’t take the other half. Put in your own week and see what comes back.
Where the hours go, each week
- The foreman’s evening paperworkTimesheets, the LEM, the FLRA typed up after supperThe LEM writes itself from the FLRA
- Chasing signatures and timesheetsThe rep on days off, the timesheet still in a truckSigned at the tailgate, or by link the same day
- Re-keying LEMs into invoicesThe same hours, typed a second and third timeThe signed LEM becomes the invoice

How it compares
Per-seat tools, side by side.
For a small crew, a per-seat app can cost less in dollars. What we add is the line from the field to paid, set up for you, priced by company size. The comparison page lays out what the per-seat tools publish, with every source and date, and when one of them is the better buy.
Questions
About the prices.
Who counts toward the size band?
People who sign in. Crews who sign on through their foreman’s phone, and your clients’ reps who sign LEMs, don’t count.
What’s included in the monthly?
Hosting, daily backups, fixes and updates, and the support to keep it running. No per-seat charges as you hire.
What does “Prove it in 30 days” mean?
Your crews run it on real work for 30 days before the first monthly fee, alongside what they use today. If it isn’t earning its keep, stop there and you never pay a month. The setup is the build itself, so it isn’t refunded once the product is live.
When is the setup paid, and is it refunded?
Each product’s setup is paid half when the build starts and half when it goes live. The monthly fee starts 30 days after go-live, while your crews run it alongside what they use today. If you stop within those 30 days you never pay a monthly fee. The setup isn’t refunded once a product is live.
Are these the final prices?
They’re starting prices for the size band. After the 30-minute look you get a fixed price in writing, before any work starts.
What if you’re gone?
You get a full export of your records (CSV files and the signed PDFs) and a handover, so your apps and your data can keep running without us. Your company owns its data, and the agreement says so.
Next step
Bring one form. Get a fixed price.
In 30 minutes we’ll look at your paperwork, tell you which step to start with, and put the price in writing. Then it runs 30 days on your real work before the first monthly fee.
