Terms of Use
These terms apply to anyone who uses software provided by Scoreline Partners ("Scoreline", "we"), including the Safety & LEM crew app (and its yard and permits add-ons), Field to Paid, the client portal, Work Management and Quick quote, and to this website. If your company has a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs your company's use of the software, and it takes priority wherever it differs from these terms.
Who can use the software
Access is by invitation from a company that has an agreement with us. Each person signs in with their own email address, or is signed on to the crew by their foreman. Don't share your sign-in, and tell your company's administrator or us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Your data
- Your company owns the records, files and business data it puts into the software.
- We use that data only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your company can export its data at any time, and at the end of its agreement, as CSV files and signed PDFs.
Connected services
Some features connect to other services your company uses, such as QuickBooks Online or DocuSign. Your company decides whether to connect them, and can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for how those services work or for their availability.
Acceptable use
Use the software only for your company's work, and don't:
- try to get into data or accounts that aren't yours, or test or get around our security without our written permission;
- upload anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to share;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software;
- overload or disrupt the service.
We can suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk, and we'll tell your company why.
Our software
Scoreline owns the software and everything we build into it. Your company's agreement gives it the right to use the software; these terms don't transfer any ownership of it.
Safety records are a tool, not a substitute
The software helps crews complete and keep safety records. It doesn't replace your company's safety program, training, supervision or the judgment of the people on site, and it doesn't make anyone compliant with the law on its own. Your company remains responsible for its work and its legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, as set out in your company's agreement. We update the software regularly; if a change removes something your company relies on, we'll tell your company before it happens.
Limits
Except as your company's agreement says otherwise, the software is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Scoreline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from its use.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
