How it works
A 30-minute look. Your forms, running. Prove it in 30 days.
No big launch and no six-month project. We start with the step that hurts most, run it on your real work, and only then talk about the next one.
The three steps
01 · 30 minutes
A look at your paperwork
On the phone or a video call. Show us a FLRA, a LEM, a rate sheet, a client’s backlog export or the invoice that’s been sitting. We tell you which step we’d start with and what it costs. The price comes in writing, before any work starts.
02 · Built for you
Your forms, running in your colours
Your FLRA, your LEM, your rate sheets and each client’s rules, built in. You click through it before your crews see it. Then we train the foremen on their own phones, and the office.
03 · Our offer
Prove it in 30 days
Your crews run it on real work for 30 days before the first monthly fee. If it isn’t earning its keep, stop there and you never pay a month. The terms
The rollout
Small firms start in days. Larger firms pilot, then scale.
- Up to 25 people
The crew app or Field to Paid is usually running within days of approving the build: one hour of your time to walk us through the forms, a short session with each foreman.
- 26 to 75 people
One crew or one client first, for the 30 days before the first monthly fee. When it’s earning its keep, the other crews come on a few at a time, so nobody stops work to learn it.
- 76 people and up
A pilot on one crew or one client, then by division or office. Work Management goes in client by client: profiles, column mapping and job plans take weeks, not days.
What we need from you
An hour, and the paperwork you already have.
- Your current forms
FLRA, JHA, truck check, LEM, timesheet: photos of the paper versions are fine.
- Your rate sheets and clients
Each client’s rates, PO and work order format, and who signs for them.
- One person for an hour
Usually the office manager or a lead foreman, to walk us through how the week really goes.
After the 30 days
A flat monthly. Fixes and updates included.
The first monthly fee is 30 days after go-live. Hosting, daily backups, fixes and updates are in the monthly. The setup is paid half when the build starts and half at go-live, and isn’t refunded once it’s live. The terms.
Your data is yours. Export it any time as CSV and signed PDFs, including the day you leave. Security and your data.
Questions
About getting started.
How long until our crews are using it?
Small firms usually start within days of approving the build. Larger firms pilot one crew or one client first, then scale.
What do you need from us?
Your current forms, your rate sheets, a list of your clients and how they want paperwork, and an hour of someone’s time to walk us through it.
Who trains the crews?
We do: the foremen first, on their own phones, then the office. The crews learn from the foreman at the tailgate.
What if you’re gone?
You get a full export of your records (CSV files and the signed PDFs) and a handover, so your apps and your data can keep running without us. Your company owns its data, and the agreement says so.
Next step
Bring one form. We’ll show you the rest.
Send a FLRA, a LEM, a rate sheet or the invoice that’s been sitting. In 30 minutes we’ll show you what we’d set up around it, and what it costs. Then it runs 30 days on your real work before the first monthly fee.
